at least until Mel adds more. And can I just say Wow! I cried, I laughed, I pondered. My blog roll has expanded, of course, as a result of my Creme de la Creme perusing, but mostly I was fascinated at the post that each blogger chose. I would so love to sit down with so many of them and chat about why the writer wanted that to be his or her "best" for the year.
I'll be honest- some were really hard for me to read, some I didn't agree with it, and some I didn't understand. But I really do think I benefitted from the sharing behind each individual's post.

I worked my way through them, too. Like you, some of them I just didn't "get," but I wonder if I was a more regular reader if I would. But since I have a difficult enough time keeping up with my current blog roll, I decided to add as few as possible! I couldn't resist a few, however.
Wow! DH has been using the computer so I haven't gotten to them yet beyond looking at the "blurbs." :( I picked mine b/c I thought it was the most tightly written at the time, not due to the content. I wanted another for content, but didn't like the writing. bleh. I also wanted something different from the really sad posts. So there.. you don't have to ask me at least. :)
