DH and I are torn between two different nursery schemes, so I decided to put it up for a vote. We are going for gender neutral and the room is already painted a pale green and is staying that way. Both of these patterns have the same green, but it is not readily apparent in the pictures below. The furniture is dark cherry. I have put a poll on the sidebar.

my vote is for the animals. However, the moon and stars seem a little more gender neutral to me.

I was actually thinking the moon and stars seemed less gender neutral due to all the blue. They're both very cute, but I like the barnyard.
They are both really cute! However, I vote for the moon and stars. I just like it a little bit better personally.
I'd have to personally pick the moon and stars - and actually did for our "room". We also painted a pale green and with the border up it looks great! The green walls really tones down the blue in the bedding a bit since there does seem to be a lot of it in the design.
I love both of them! Good for you for staying in positive thinking... whatever works, right!
I like the moon and stars. It's just a personal preference. I think both are lovely.
I like the stars and moons.
Maybe because when we eventually have kiddos, we have Emu Namae's Starry Night theme bought and ready.
Either one is adorable, but it is most likely a lot easier to find celestial things to match your set.
